Bilat comes to Allen Goldstein with over a decade of experience in the property industry, having worked across multiple roles before taking on his current position as Business Development Director. 

He now spends most of his time developing and executing growth strategies for clients, forging long-term partnerships with developers and vendors, and negotiating high-value commercial contracts. He also assists with wealth management strategies. 

In addition, Bilat primarily supports commercial landlords and developers, offering tailored guidance on acquisitions, financial management, taxation, and regulations. 

As a qualified Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA), he combines technical expertise with practical insight, ensuring clients are always making the best decisions for their portfolios and long-term success.

Within Allen Goldstein, Bilat oversees business development initiatives and strategies, and continually looks for ways to enhance services for both landlords and tenants. His background in business and public relations enables him to bring a unique perspective to the market, while his focus, self-discipline, and entrepreneurial drive ensure consistent growth for clients and the business alike.

Outside of work, Bilat remains passionate about health and fitness, judging in amateur boxing competitions.
